Sami-Sabinsa Group provides a good work-life balance, ample opportunities for learning and skill development, and a supportive work environment. The challenging assignments and exposure to different business processes have contributed significantly to my professional growth. Overall, I am satisfied with my work and compensation.

One area for improvement is the work schedule, as all Saturdays are currently working days. Introducing alternate Saturdays off would help employees achieve a better work-life balance and improve overall employee satisfaction and productivity.
