Pros
One big pro for anyone would be getting paid weekly. Otherwise, for anyone who is interested in getting into the culinary world, this job was a great introduction. Not a lot of from-scratch cooking, but I was able to get some cooking and pantry experience. I improved my speed and efficiency while there. I also had a team of chefs that were always encouraging me to do my best.
Cons
It can get stressful for anyone who doesn't like a fast-paced environment. I took it as a challenge but some people have legit cried. It had a high turnover rate and management changed quite a few times in the six months I was there. And, though it was improved by a lot the last time I was there, the place was not always the cleanest.
