Schedule is somewhat flexible depending on position.
Good for seasonal job to make extra cash. My advise; get in, make money, get out.
Cons
Favoritism, favoritism, favoritism. They don’t care about your personal life or situation. Lots of Sharks. You won’t get the big parties. People WILL steal your tables & the managers do little especially if a favorite of theirs stole your table. People don’t really care about their jobs. Hostess suck. No tables/terrible rotation. They’re to young to care. Not a long term job. People leave within 6 months after being hired.
