I recently joined Sales Talent Inc. as a Senior Recruiter, and my first week alone said a lot about the company. The team kicked off the year with an in-person 2026 kickoff and team-building event, which they prioritize multiple times a year. It created an immediate sense of connection and made it clear how much they value collaboration and culture. The team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. There is a strong sense of pride in the work, and you can feel that people genuinely care about doing things the right way for both clients and candidates. The standards are high, but in a good way. It pushes you to be better and continue growing. There is also a lot of opportunity to learn and stretch, especially if you are someone who wants to build your skills in a meaningful way and be surrounded by experienced professionals who are invested in your success.
Cons
Like any high-performing environment, expectations are high and you need to be self-motivated to succeed. It is not a place where you can coast, but that is also part of what makes it rewarding.
