New name, same awful upper management. This place has turned into a soulless call center. Steer clear unless you like being underpaid, having paid holidays removed, a complete lack of communication, negative changes in favor of profits/client satisfaction over own employees, and working for a company who asks AI to do 99% of the work. You ask a question and get told to ask AI. Also beware you may think the role is 100% remote and then after signing the contract get told you now have to drive over an hour to your office to sit in a trailer with no desk. Lastly upper management in the department thinks bringing concerns regarding clients is playing games.
