The families and residents, the facilities have the capability to be nicer but are run down for the amount of money paid, gated community.
Cons
It’s easier to list the pros. Terrible upper management from the CEO, the VPs, and Managers. Management on all levels do not value their employees opinions, concerns, or feelings. Covers up multiple law suits. Deletes reviews. Don’t let the fancy facility and beautiful website fool you.
