Get an opportunity to develop best practices, but the CEO knows everything and will destroy all of your work.
Cons
Lies and cheats. Dishonest and highly unethical. Surprise no one has gone to jail yet. Cheated many suppliers from money owed. Most smart suppliers stopped doing business with them unless presented with cash up front. A lot of short cuts to quality because the CEO knows everything. CEO has surprising access to GM Purchasing data. Scary.
