      Pros

      Plenty of miles, up to three weeks vacation after first whole year, competitive match for 401k and decent benefits (which are free after ten years of service)

      Cons

      Linehaul dispatch maybe a little disorganized at times. Also, just like any other LTL company, you'll get reduced hours or days off during slow season; which only seems to last about a month.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
