Pros

There are no pros to working at Sagebrook Home.

Cons

- No safety protocols in place. There was a fire recently & it was chaos - no fire alarms in the back of the building, no fire extinguishers in the photo studio, fire exits are blocked by cars. - The owners regularly berate, gaslight, and take advantage of employees without consequence. - HR will never respond to written correspondence. - From the way people of color are treated, specifically Latinos that primarily speak Spanish, it very much comes across as racist. - Good luck if you get COVID - it'll most likely be in office because they REFUSE to instead Covid protocols or let you work from home. If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would.

Pros

Administrative staff work hard and support each other, but their efforts are not properly recognized or rewarded.

Cons

Leadership lacked consistency and clear direction. Expectations often changed without communication, which created confusion and unnecessary stress. Decisions were reactive rather than planned, and employees were often held accountable for shifting priorities. Turnover was high, and morale was low across teams. Feedback was not always taken seriously, and there was limited follow-through on internal concerns.
