      Pros

      Working around sports venues and fans that are excited for the experience we help them enjoy. Some of the people are passionate in their careers.

      Cons

      Long......long hours when available for events, no benefits for event staff minus the bottled water and snacks. No real retention aspect with year to year or season to season staff.

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
