Love most of my employees Some store managers are awesome and are great resources.
Cons
Not enough hours in the day to do everything Unrealistic goals Changing bonus goals/ structure right before the year is over New contract employees recieve minimum wage until they reach a million hours and then they get a 25 cent raise.
