Pros

SafetyCulture is one of the most promising tech companies. With the recent event held for its employees in New Zealand, which was attended by the majority of its employees, I realized that I am fortunate to be part of this organization. * Apart from the culture, it is at the forefront of technological advancements, providing employees to grow in their role, and work on cutting-edge projects. *100% Work Life Balance- it offers flexible working hours , the option to work remotely and output based evaluation among employees. Say good bye to mircomanaging! *Employee Benefits: What can I say? Everything that you need to focus on your work is practically provided to you. Zero payroll disputes, food 24/7 in the office, gym and shower space, sleeping pods, health insurance for you and your family and more, *Career Development: there are ample opportunities for growth. Since the company is recognizing Filipino talents, more lines of businesses have opened in the Manila office; hence, promotion and transfers happen in a blink of an eye. *Inclusive Culture: The company fosters an inclusive and diverse work environment, It actively promotes diversity and inclusion initiatives, making it a welcoming place for employees from all backgrounds.

Cons

So far, it has been working from me. The only thing that I think they can improve is the quality of laptops distributed during onboarding. As tech company, it would be great if you were equipped with laptops that actually worked like brand new.
