The Safestay brand itself is strong, but on-site management at the hostel I worked at let it down.

Extreme unprofessionalism on behalf of staff who had been with the company for more than a year.

fair management, lenient, co operable, typical with payments

Cons

no raises, not enough people to work so the hostel was in pretty bad shape, also no renovations and the receptionists had to here all the complaints
