Pros
If you like working in a work environment that everyone is biased off of favorites and if they like you or not then this is the job for you.
Cons
They don't basis there employees on who is a hard worker and who knows what they are doing. If they just don't like you then your work life will not be pleasant. The upper management dates the managers. If you have concern and talk with the management nothing gets resolved and or handled unless you're one of the favorite employees. They promise raises and or other things that never got followed through with. They always use the saying "have to earn your stripes". It's a very immature company that tries to act like they are business but they are the complete opposite. This place is a joke.
