Pros

Fellow employees are usually pretty awesome The department I was in no longer exists

Cons

At least if working at the HQ, this company will chew you up and spit you out. They had to be dragged kicking and screaming into following protocols and mandates around COVID-19, and fired people who reported them if they found out. Management is an egotistical mess of robotic people who don't care about you in the slightest. Several members of leadership were openly homophobic on the floor. Employees with FMLA were intentionally targeted by paperwork not being submitted by job coaches. OSHA complaints were repeatedly filed for how bad the HVAC system is. The company is severely strict on clock-in times, even though elevators break all the time. No separate sick time is offered, only PTO, and the rules on when you can use it are extreme. HR is useless and will keep abusive people around no matter how many witnesses or how much proof you have.

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
