Pros
I worked as an intern last summer and learned so much about business, communication skills, leadership, etc. After graduating from college this year I came back on board full time and I am really happy I had the opportunity to do so. Last summer while I was there I was able to move up from an entry level position into an account executive role and when I returned after college I was able to pick up where I left off. My favorite part about the company is culture. It is a very friendly, upbeat, and motivating environment. The management staff truly cares about the growth and success of the employees which is a breathe of fresh air in comparison to a lot of other companies I have worked with. The training is very thorough and if you do your job well you will be rewarded by advancing through the company.
Cons
The hours are a little bit longer then your typical 40 hour work week but with the money that you earn and the fast pace advancement that you car achieve I understood that I had to put in a little extra work and never really viewed it as a negative.
