Great colleagues and immediate supervisors. Workload is usually manageable. Client portfolio is good. Salary is okay. Really just staying here for the leaves.
Cons
Whenever work is intercepted by upper management, it usually reaches a bottleneck because upper management has tunnel vision for the award-winning potential of the company's outputs. Client needs are often overlooked because of this, which causes multiple revisions on our end because upper management isn't aligned with the client.
Barely manages clients and just says yes to every client request. Work-life balance is okay, usually depending on the week. This is an advertising agency after all.
Teams are understaffed, and management doesn't see a reasonable need to expand teams despite very obvious overworked employees and workload imbalance.
Promotions are there, but do not expect a significant increase. They only offer the minimum unless you talk it through with them and state your case.
The company provides the necessary equipment, but these are often old and slow. So, employees opt to use personal equipment to make workflow better.
