Nothing aside from a few great colleagues.
Cons
Shady with budgets and cut teacher rates without warning. Anti-equity because the owner’s granddaughter’s school receives preferential treatment. It is deplorable. Very clique higher ups and an absolute lunatic of an owner. Would discuss her s*exual a$$ault during a call with all her employees and wouldn’t respect people’s pronouns. They also refuse to staff properly so the teacher to student ratio is consistently unsafe.
