Pros

Some co-workers were great to interact with daily, however, several felt un-appreciated and no trust in their leadership.

Cons

Wrong people are placed in upper management, VP or TA, Directors, etc.. Company reorg to put friends or "favorites" into roles within TA. You could be a great employee, show up on time, work every day, however if VP of TA does not like you, she will find a way to get rid of you.

Family-like relationship with coworkers, clinic work is better than hospital

Cons

Management is disconnected from front line staff, and it seems like they are more concerned about money and numbers than patient safety and nurse safety
