Pros
Depending on the department and clinical site you work in/at working conditions are either wonderful or stressful. Raises used to be applied according to individual merit. Dean was an amazing company to work for until SSM became involved last year...dynamics are different.
Cons
With SSMH takeover-integration last year everyone gets the same yearly % raise. Which if you are a slacker who just shows up to work it's good for you. Dean Health System is just not the same anymore. Health care is becoming more corporate, care staff morale is low.
