We were disappointed to read your review: our employees are our biggest asset as a business, and we are always working to be a great employer. We recently embedded refreshed performance KPIs across the business to ensure that employees understand and are empowered to deliver against expectations We also recently commissioned a salary benchmarking process for all of our employees to ensure that our salary and benefits packages are competitive versus our peers. Salary benchmarking will be conducted every three years to ensure that our salaries remain competitive. We are hiring extensively to ensure that, as our business grows, our employees can maintain a good work-life balance.
The Management Team are working to ensure that our employees have greater visibility of the extensive management that goes on behind-the-scenes. We are committed to transparency and share weekly, monthly and quarterly targets, business strategy updates and other items that will impact the staff. We will continue to focus on communicating this with staff.
We take your comment on harassment very seriously. It is extremely concerning that any team member felt they had experienced harassment. We would really like to understand more about the circumstances so that we may investigate and act accordingly.
