Pros
There are many "pros" about SPI Lighting (flexible hours, 401k match, health benefits...etc.), but my favorite by far are the people. I love my coworkers, and my boss is amazing. I find that management listens to their employee's concerns and takes into account all scenarios. The perseverance of this company is impressive. All teams pulled together during the pandemic to keep everything running (safely). If there's a crisis situation, people on all levels are willing to step out of their typical roles to help in anyway they can. I can honestly say that the likelihood I would ever leave is slim to none. The people and culture here are hard to find, and I feel that's worth more than a lot of other things.
Cons
Overall, I can't think of anything. For me personally the commute is a little long. But that is a problem specific to myself and one I choose to deal with.
