I did my internship in SPI cinemas.Once my internship got over, based upon my performance they recruited me as an HR-Executive. SPI Cinemas always welcome fresh blood and motivate the freshers to climb up their career.
Compared to rest of the competitors ,SPI Cinemas has its own standard and brand value which is not seen among the customer service concerns.
''People matters"- SPI Cinemas give importance to both internal and external customers.
Cons
At times, shift timing extends beyond the office hours.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the learning you have had with us. Looking forward for continuous learning.
Good and encouraging mentors which is very rare. The mentors I had were very encouraging and intelligent. They pointed out all my positives and gave me confidence. They also pointed out my negatives in a positive way. I learned basic aspects of HR and L&D along with some amazing presentation skills. They always keep working on survey data to bring in new initiatives to enrich the life of people(People matters), be it employees or customers. They load huge responsibility on you if they have confidence in you which I think is a positive. If you are good in some or other way, they try to retain you by offering job. Work place ambience is amazing. Learn and have fun simultaneously.
