Pros
If you're looking for a job that pays well, this is it. It's rewarding financially, The work culture is great and super easy going and understanding. Very helpful in the learning process as well when new things come into play, and with every client there always were.
Cons
A lot of partnerships. I've had to report to multiple people due to merger contracts and white label work. It gets confusing sometimes.
