Leadership team is very easy going and understanding, they accommodate last minute medical appointments for Staff when needed. Their Schedule is actually out 30 days in advance. They allow some overtime but work really hard to get everyone out on time, and no weekends!
Cons
Sick PTO would be helpful as opposed to using your normal PTO for sick days and then not having hours available to enjoy for real family vacations. A matching 401K would be really nice.
