Terrible management, too much work for what is paid, lots of people pocketing money so you end up with leaving with around $30 in tips for a 8 hour shift. Don't promote from within. You will be paid what you start out as and that is that. Have to work Holidays, hard to ask for time off, no benefits or paid time off. You are better off working at Mcdonalds.
