      They do not micromanage. Flexible in all areas. Cool Projects

      Cons

      Since they were sold to American Securities there has been major changes with lots of turnover. Profits are down. Being that they are only a solar company they are subject to major swings

      Pros

      I had a great internship experience. The team was friendly and supportive, and I received reasonable training to help me get started. I also had the opportunity to complete my own project, which gave me valuable hands-on experience. Overall, it was a positive and meaningful learning experience

      Cons

      There were not many downsides, although I was a little disappointed that a return offer was not possible because the team was no longer hiring when my internship ended.
