      Depending on the senior you work with, you will gain extensive engineering skills, including design calculations, 3D modeling, and drafting engineering drawings. Managers listen to their employees and make changes to enhance the office environment and individual workloads. While there were challenging times, things have been improving and are getting better now.

      Not at the moment, enjoy learning.

      Pros

      Benefits are normal(Welfare etc) Leaves are sufficient Every few months company lunch

      Cons

      -Work culture is not there(people are in their own cliché) -Reporting head is always a Korea(there is always a barrier between you and your head: communication and hardly see them in office). - Doing the same work as always - No learning opportunities in the company expect you to learn it outside of work - You are always in a losing end as company favours Korean more.
