Pros
This is a wonderfully friendly and entertaining work environment full of bright minds and quick wits, packed with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Though the company is growing substantially and at a rapid rate, it's still boasts a personable and welcoming environment to all who come through, and has a very "tight knit family feel" among the employees and management. The senior management is wonderful in working with the employees and their work/family schedules to make sure each person is reaching their full potential and that the team works together in a pleasant (and drama free) atmosphere. There is amazing growth potential within this company and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.
Cons
Noise pollution from the busy call center can be a distraction from time to time in the open areas of the office, but other than the periodic celebrations from the sales team, it’s a very quiet and pleasant place to work, and it's certainly nothing that would keep me from recommending this company as an ideal work environment for others.
