      Pros

      Management is super nice, understanding and wants their employees to learn and grow. They were the best bosses I ever had. Co-workers were nice as well. Relaxed atmosphere. They don't screen for misdemeanors, which I agree with.

      Cons

      New employee pay is low. Management can be a little disorganized. They still used Pentium 4 computers. A lot of the work that needs to be done is tedious.
