People define this Company. They believe their people and are transparent and fair.

There are limited locations with many in remote areas.

Benefits are second to none. Pay is adequate, but really nothing special.

Lack of organizational experience at executive management level. Growing company that continues to put the wrong foot forward in new territories. Senior leadership does not communicate well with mid-level management. Staff is often left confused about goals and directives that are vague, this causes discontent and frustration.
