Pros

Work from Home and Negotiable salary.

Cons

*They say they don't care how many hours u worked as long as u have the work done which is not true. After 1 week of work they just payed for half a week, not recognizing any effort. *Clueless Mentors who don't even know their job and they are not devoted to you at all. Not even one real advice during the training.(This depends on different people of course, it is not applied to all). *Long hiring process. *A lot of promises, not much truth. *No health insurance. *The contract doesn't guarantee anything to you, they can get rid of you whenever they want. *Work not appretiated by the CEO as much as it should be.

Pros

Less hassle in terms of travel. You can also work anywhere provided that you have a laptop and a wi-fi connection. You don't have to be an expert right away; trainings will be provided. You'll have plenty of time with your family since you won't be far from them.

Cons

When there are system upgrades, system issues may occur.

Pros

Working at Smart Apartment Data as a QA Manager has been a really positive experience. The culture is collaborative and supportive, and everyone’s input is valued no matter their role. There are clear processes and standards in place, which makes the work structured but still rewarding. I also appreciate how leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in helping employees grow. One of the things I value most is how inclusive the company is—despite having a physical disability, I was given the opportunity to be part of the team and contribute my skills, which speaks volumes about their culture. There are plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects, share ideas for improvement, and make an impact. The work-life balance is respected, and the flexibility makes it easier to manage both personal and professional responsibilities.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, priorities can shift quickly, so it takes some adaptability. The standards are high, which can be demanding at times, but they’ve also pushed me to develop professionally. If anything, more cross-department alignment could help smooth out workflows. Overall, it’s a company where you feel valued, challenged, and supported.
