Good for fresher but only if you get good project. Flexible timing
Cons
so many 1. No respect for lateral, they don't know how to treat with them because most of laterals in SLK born and bought up there only. No Experience of outer world 2. Managers are always worried about billing 3. No matter how much talented you are, they judge you with how much skill you have to praise senior managers 4. few managers are so arrogant. 5. they will hire you and then cheat you at appraisal time.
