Cons
- Lady boss is very verbally abusive, shouts till employees break down - Horrible onboarding done by said lady boss, expects staff to know everything within a few weeks of work - Working hours are from 10am to 7pm, but she expects everyone to continue working till late night. If one were to leave at 7pm, they get berated for being lazy. - Bad project management because the deadlines are too short and staff are all new - Highest turnover rates ever!!! The “oldest” staff has only been there for less than a year. *** Read your contracts properly as there is no probation and once you sign it, you will not be able to leave until the contractual period (1 year) is over.
