      Tons of great, helpful, energetic people in low level roles Good first job to learn about sales and make connections

      Cons

      Toxic frat culture Poor diversity in leadership and promotions Very low pay and gaslighting of employees who ask for fair compensation Barely functional systems and refusal by leaders to invest in real improvement Threadbare family leave policies Inept leaders in positions of power who refuse to acknowledge that the industry has changed Rampant favoritism in account assignment and promotions Owner is literal billionaire who is fine paying employees poverty wages and is allergic to spending money on updating infrastructure

      Pros

      This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.

      Cons

      The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
