Pros
A collection of some of the finest human beings I've had the pleasure of working with. Great laid back working environment. You can always find someone to bike with at lunch. Great leadership allows employees to push themselves and progress faster than most companies. Really great locations. Some really talented engineers and the surveyors are 2nd to none.
Cons
Glenwood Springs is really expensive. While the majority of the leaders are incredible, some of the older leaders are a little stuck in their ways.
