Pros
If you have a team/kitchen that will actually make orders, then drivers can stay busy and make a lot of money.
Cons
Two-faced management. Very poor training and accountability in store. Un-reliable management that wont even keep the store open because they don't show up for shifts. Poor customer service, as shown by simply turning off the phone ringers for half the day or more to avoid complaints and orders.
