worst company than ever, especially within the sales team. The management is extremely poor, with no clear direction or strategy. Employees are dismissed without proper justification, and there are instances of disrespectful behavior toward staff, seemingly disregarding local labor regulations. The company also shows little respect for local culture and operates with a rigid, inflexible mindset. I would not recommend anyone to join this organization
