Pros
Flexibility and there is an emphasis to have a work/life balance for the most part. People are really nice and I feel like management really cares about their employees. Also, SCA has a strong culture that they stick to.
Cons
Pay is so-so, but raises are terrible. It takes a lot to get promoted. Depending on the position, a good bit of travel could be required. Benefits aren't that great and the onboarding process is terrible.
