Salaries and full benefit package is lower than competency and outdated. HR flags that they do benchmark but when ask for transparency to share results, they have none and put excuses for not sharing. 1 day a week WFH was very good before Covid, now is far from most companies. They sell it as better together but 95% of the meetings are online with the people you sit near in the same office building. When employees asks for career development support HR comes back saying they are too busy to dedicate time for it. It's a fact and can be proved. The only time they highlight relevant online trainings is on the run up to great place to work. Opportunity for development is not based on capability but on if you are liked by your manager. Where managers don’t align with you, they won’t support your progression. This leads to managers who don’t have experience or the right skill set to lead or manage direct reports. Different rules vs company guidelines- these are managed offline depending on which department you work in or who your manager is. Some employees are able to not come to the office in months while others are forced to go even if you really need to stay at home for an specific reason. When employees leave - exit interviews aren’t put in so there isn’t a possibility to give feedback on the issues faced. Not just talking about my own experience but also from other colleagues in the same situation.
