Pros
SC Johnson had some of the best and brightest working for them. The culture was one of cross functional engagement and true collaboration focusing on what was right for the customers and the business. During my career at SCJ, I saw a drastic decline in culture and structure driven from upper management that permeated all levels of the organization. Though I would still consider SCJ a good place to work I would proceed with caution.
Cons
Uncertain future ownership structure. Culture decline has let organization short of talent as many left the company. Some of those remaining may be struggling.
