Not a family company any more- commitment to employees very low
Brought in a new senior team with a global focus- stop spending money to drive sales in the US. The US commercialization team is underfunded yet still expected to deliver revenue to fund global growth. Think 3G.
Morale in the US is the lowest I've seen in my career
Extremely top down- think Frito-Lay. Churn and burn expectations on all sales and commercialization employees.
No training for existing employees unless you are politically connected or new.
The most sycophantic upper-middle management team I've ever seen. Minimal actual connection between results and advancement.
