      Traveling a lot, Christmas party, work remotely, a lot of freedom as long as you get the job done.

      Cons

      No benefits nor perks. Sometimes travels can be more around 7 hours roundtrip.

      SBT Japan is one of the leading Used Cars Exporters in Japan ,having offices in more than 10 Countries.

      Cons

      Employee retention is downside of SBT Japan, seriously need to bring changes in HR Policies.

      Pros

      Office is clean, supplies are good, not too fast- not too slow pace.

      Cons

      I was in a company that was owned by SBT Japan. SBT wasn't paying a good attention to this smaller company. So the smaller company was doing a horrible job.
