It is always upsetting to hear anyone leave feeling displeased. However, there are a few things in your review that I'd like to address since it appears you have some misinformation.
COVID-19 has impacted many companies and we are proud of the way our teams have adapted to the unique environment. That said, it was a difficult couple of months and many of our sellers did not make their sales goals during COVID. Because we value our employees, we did everything possible to keep all of our employees and did not perform any reductions. Additionally, we provided additional compensation adjustments to those that performed under their minimum targets to help them through this difficult time.
We also took steps to ensure the safety of our employees that were expected to be customer-facing by providing masks, cleaning supplies, and the ability to enact social distance rules.
Being a direct B2B salesperson takes a driven self-starting mindset and we have a program that allows dedicated time for our sellers to focus on prospecting provided leads, sales appointments, and development training. We limit our operational duties as much as possible to ensure our sellers can maximize their selling time. It is a fact that B2B sales can often have longer sales cycles and occasionally, we have sellers that don’t have the funnel management skills necessary to maintain a full-funnel that will allow them to be consistent. We wish this person the best in their new endeavors and hope they will find a good fit for them in the future.
