      Frat House style managers who want you know everything before you even start and are not willing to thoroughly train you . Not POC friendly environment.

      remote 3 days out of the week

      Cons

      Management doesn't train you. I was not even allowed the opportunity to figure it out either before they laid me off. The guy who was supposed to train me didn't, and threw me under the bus when my progress was evaluated. They want you to come on the team, already knowing everything.
