Pros
Used to be so many pros years ago but not anymore
Cons
More and more work piled on for low pay. Upper management doesn't care to do their jobs the right way. Trainers do not do their jobs, they'll hire anyone off the street and never actually go train anyone, leaving team leads and members to train (which isn't in their job description). Teams often go understaffed for months. New hires are often the worst workers you've ever seen. Team leads aren't actually given the power to successfully run teams and are extremely underpaid for what they do. 8+ weeks unpaid forced time off every year. Absolutely no benefits and nobody is really full time
