Pros
Product and solutions are top notch. Exposure to cutting edge technologies. Challenging opportunities within the job area. Work life balance. Good colleagues. Some very good managers in PS.
Cons
Extremely low pay. Benefits aren't the best in the industry though it depends if having a view of greenery is considered benefit. It's all in the perception. Low pay means you are easily priced out in most decent parts of Britain.
