      Pros

      SAS has a great work life balance. Management is great. You really feel like you are part of a team.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly lower than industry standard, but they make up for it in benefits. People should not have to leave company in order to have any real salary boost.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
