SAJCO worked on large projects, salaries are on time. Good work place environment for beginners to learn. A very big, well known and stable company

Terrible top management. Increment and bonuses are based on the employees' passport. Hard work goes unnoticed. Very long working hours. Very less work/life balance. Promotions are very few. IT is very outdated. HR department is the absolute worst and laziest. They won't work until you push them for weeks and weeks even for petty issues. They have different policies for different days. Hiring process is still very backwards.
