Cons
The company was previously top heavy and the recent departures and re-organization are addressing this. However this means that the company is in a temporary state of flux as positions are filled and new roles are developed.
At times employees can wear many different hats which can strain resources and project management. Limited resources and staff also mean that at time the best solution to a problem is not feasible which maybe frustrating.
Follow through from some management is dependent on the employee being a squeaky wheel. Communication seems to be a one way street with some management which can become tedious or annoying.
